Silver Lake Regional Park ( Maidstone )
The park consists of 260 acres of land with a lake known as Silver Lake. The park operates from middle of April to the middle of October. A daily entrance fee is levied, waived if you have a Regional Park sticker.
Location: 15kms NE of Maidstone. Season: April to October. Camping/Reservation Info: 15-30A Electrical Sites, 8-20A Full Service Sites, 6-20A Electrical Sites, 30-15A Electrical Sites, 10 Non-Electrical Sites available. Reservations by Phone are accepted, must be 18 year or older to rent sites.
We have many campsite areas including full service, partial service, and unserviced. Large family areas with sheltered kitchens are available for reservation for family reunions, anniversaries, etc. Shaded sites and firewood are available for campers. Bathrooms with showers and laundry facilities are located at the north end of the campground. There is a great playground and mini golf course for the little campers, while mom and dad enjoy our beautiful 9-hole grass green golf course. Relax and quench your thirst indoors, in the comfort of our licenced clubhouse or enjoy the view of the 9th green from the sunny deck. Appreciate the great outdoors on our hiking trail or from our viewing tower where a wide variety of birds and other wildlife can be seen on any given day. Picnic sites with fire pits are available for day outings or class field trips at no charge. Friendly staff at the concession have everything you need to make your stay special.
